Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, recondition, and service KIOTI tractors and related equipment in a shop environment
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and power train system malfunctions and failures
• Identify and evaluate root-cause failures using electronic diagnostic tools, schematics, and proven troubleshooting methods
• Accurately document findings, repairs, and recommendations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, associates, and management regarding equipment condition, machine status, and recommended repairs
