Johnson's Backyard Garden is seeking an experienced Tractor Operator to manage field tillage, bed preparation, and routine tractor maintenance at our Cedar Creek, TX farm. The role requires working with various implements and supporting cultivation, spraying, greenhouse tasks, transplanting, and harvesting.

Job highlights include a full-time schedule, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM, occasional weekend work based on seasonal needs, and compensation with health plan benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience operating tractors.
• Knowledge of GPS tractor guidance systems.
• Flexible and team oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Preferred degree in agricultural sciences.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and implements necessary for tillage of fields and preparation of beds on the farm, including discing, plowing, tilling, mowing.
• Maintenance of tractors and implements/tools used.
• Assist with cultivation, and spraying.
• Help with greenhouse work, transplanting, and harvesting.
