Job summary

Tunista Operations Support Services LLC is seeking a Tractor Operator to support grounds maintenance across facilities. You will operate tractors with multiple attachments, perform mowing and grading, and assist with field preparation and debris removal.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to perform manual labor outdoors. The role emphasizes safety, routine inspections, and basic equipment upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience operating heavy equipment in grounds, construction, agriculture, or related environments.
Valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a CDL if required by the department.
Knowledge of safe operating practices and OSHA/industry safety standards.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Operate tractors with attachments (mowers, blades, loaders, aerators, spreaders, trailers).
Perform mowing, grading, hauling, and field cultivation for grounds maintenance.
Inspect equipment daily and report issues; coordinate simple maintenance.
Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
Work in all weather with flexibility in schedule.
