Job summary

United Land Services is seeking a Tractor Operator to safely operate tractors and attachments to support landscape maintenance and installation projects. This role emphasizes safety, equipment care, and outdoor work efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience operating tractors or similar heavy equipment preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate and maneuver heavy equipment in various work environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb onto and off of machinery safely.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing job duties.
  • Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods in heat, cold, rain, dust, and other weather conditions.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot common equipment issues.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with team members.
