Job summary

EnergiPersonnel is seeking a Tractor Operator in Andrews, TX to safely operate tractors and mowing equipment while supporting roadside and field maintenance near oilfield locations. The role emphasizes safety, inspections, and coordination with supervisors during field operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience around oilfield/work sites, basic tool use, and strong English communication. CDL is preferred but not required; overtime and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractors, mowers, and related equipment.
• Maintain roadsides, rights-of-way, oilfield locations, pipelines, and industrial properties.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including checking fluid levels, greasing equipment, and replacing blades when needed.
• Load, transport, and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify and report equipment issues, safety hazards, and property damage.
• Attend required safety meetings and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and team members during field operations.
• Assist with general labor and field support duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Climb on and off equipment frequently.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel throughout the workday.
• Sit for extended periods while operating equipment.
• Work on uneven terrain and in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work long shifts and overtime when needed.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including FRC clothing.
• Must be available for overtime, weekend work, and short-notice callouts as needed.
