Job summary

Plainfield High School in the Plainfield School District is seeking an Athletics/Activities/Coaching professional. The role requires a BA degree and a valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate, CPR/AED, and Sports First Aid certification.

Prior coaching experience is desired and may require substitute credentials in rare cases. The candidate will participate in coaching duties for school athletics and activities, with established criteria under the current PEA contract.

Qualifications

• BA Degree required; substituted qualifications may be allowed in special cases.
• Valid County Substitute Certificate may be sufficient in rare cases.
• Experience as assistant or head coach desired; familiarity with the sport and basic skills.
• Valid New Jersey Teaching Certificate, CPR/AED and Sports First Aid certifications required.
