Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of hands-on track maintenance experience in main terminal areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with safety practices, policies, and procedures; ensure unionized employees operate safely.
• Oversee scheduled track inspections at required intervals; identify hazards and address exceptions.
• Promote a culture of safety by compiling inspection records, reports, and documentation to reduce risks.
• Direct maintenance activities in line with renewal plans for track components; ensure longevity of infrastructure.
• Establish daily work priorities and objectives; make recommendations to the Roadmaster.
• Provide on-call support and emergency response on a rotating cycle for 24/7 operations.
