Job summary

Genesee & Wyoming Inc. is seeking a field supervisor to oversee crews performing track maintenance and MoW project activities. You will plan, assign, and direct work, train staff, and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities include training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
