Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Florida Educator's Certificate in any subject*.
• First aid training concepts, injury prevention, CPR.
• Willingness to devote time before and after school hours.
• Cheerleading coaches of non-competitive teams are not required to hold a Florida Educator's Certificate.
• Must have Hernando County School District required 20 hour Sports First Aid course offered through Human Kinetics.
