Elementary School, Middle School and High School Sports Coaches

We are looking for a results-driven coach to join our community.

In This Role, You Will

• Be a part of a highly motivated team committed to education reform, parent choice, and the building of exemplary schools;
• Collaborate with coaches across the network to build a world‑class athletics program;
• Inspire a love for sport and encourage critical thinking through rigorous instruction;
• Coordinate and lead family meetings;
• Receive routine, ongoing feedback and support from an outstanding leadership team and faculty.

We Invite You to Apply If You

• Have experience coaching youth and/or collegiate teams;
• Have an advanced understanding/experience of Track and Field, Cross Country, and Long-distance running.
• Are able to manage both administrative and coaching aspects of the position in a timely and organized manner;
• Are able to develop/teach concepts such as teamwork, healthy lifestyles, sportsmanship;
• Possess a demonstrated track record of propelling students’ understanding and love of sport;
• Experience working with K-12 grades in a school setting (a plus);
• Have a drive to ensure that joyful, rigorous instruction is delivered to every scholar, every day;
• Ability to become part of the school community and build relationships with key stakeholders and all constituents

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree before your first day of work with Success Academy (a background in education is not required);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Passion for learning and commitment to student development;
• Ability to work in person in New York City ( $2500 stipend for qualified relocations ).

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.

Compensation Range: $65,000 - $65,000 USD
