Aveanna Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our private duty home care team in Indiana. We are dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care with flexible scheduling and strong local support for our clinicians.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with days, nights, and weekend shifts to fit your availability, plus ongoing training and career development to advance your skills.

Competenze

• Must hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice.
• Compact licenses must transfer to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) required; Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
