BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate RNs to provide 1:1 home health care across Middlesex County, NJ. These roles involve hands-on nursing in client homes, with flexible scheduling and a focus on helping clients stay safely at home.

We offer weekly pay, company-paid life insurance, EAP, and opportunities for career advancement and training. You’ll perform assessments, document orders, and deliver autonomous care to clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsabilités

• Travel to a single client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders accurately
• Assess and monitor clients’ conditions and respond to changes
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations with precision

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day

Qualifications for a private duty Registered Nurse:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to $39/hr based on qualifications
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
