Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing, composites, aerospace assembly, or related hardware environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, drawings, inspection requirements and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support fabrication, assembly, inspection, and repair of TPS hardware for Arc hypersonic reentry vehicle.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces and TPS components; perform bonding and assembly operations.
• Assist with fit checks, inspections, and documentation per released procedures.
• Work with engineers and production personnel to turn designs into flight-ready hardware.
