Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a seasoned TPRM Technical Program Manager to lead governance over external data sharing, data mapping, and third-party risk across our cloud platforms. This hands-on role collaborates with engineering, legal, procurement, and IT to ensure compliant, secure data exchanges.

You will define controls, monitor data flows, and report metrics to leadership, shaping the TPRM strategy while communicating complex risks to technical and executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in third-party risk management, data governance, privacy, or information security risk, with at least 2 years on external data sharing.
• Experience building or maintaining data inventories/maps with data classification and cross-border transfer mechanisms.
• Experience implementing continuous or automated monitoring of data flows.
• Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and transfer mechanisms like SCCs, DPAs, adequacy decisions.
• Hands-on experience with third-party security risk assessments (SOC 2, ISO 27001, pen tests).
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27701,SOC 2; ability to assess control adequacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete register of external data shares with data categories, purpose, legal basis, and transfer mechanisms.
• Define and operate controls for onboarding external shares and approvals.
• Monitor external data flows and drive remediation for gaps or out-of-scope sharing.
• Establish metrics and reporting on data mapping coverage and external sharing risk.
• Contribute to the TPRM strategy and roadmap aligned with security and privacy objectives.
• Oversee third-party security risk assessments and contract/privacy requirements.
