• Ability to build processes for following up on post-mortem action items.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational health and momentum of the Safeguards Engineering stack.
• Coordinate incident tracking and post-mortem execution.
• Establish and maintain service-level objectives with partner teams.
• Ensure runbook quality and clarity of incident ownership.
• Manage platform migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Partner with the evals engineering team for platform improvements.
