Job summary

Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) in Austin, TX seeks a Gynecological Surgeon with a focus on endometriosis surgery. The role offers a base salary in the $325k–$375k range plus an uncapped annual bonus potential of $150k+ and a comprehensive benefits package.

The surgeon will be supported by a multidisciplinary team including pelvic pain specialists and nutrition/health coaching, with a national leadership position in endometriosis care.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN).
• Completion of MIGS (Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery) fellowship.
• Active state medical license and DEA license for the relevant location.
• Minimum 3 years of surgical experience in gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Focus on endometriosis-related gynecological surgery.
• Work within PRM's team including non-operative pelvic pain specialists.
• Contribute to a comprehensive, whole-body approach to endometriosis care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.

SALARY: $325K - $375K + 150K+ Annual Bonus potential (uncapped)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Looking for a Gynecological Surgeon with a focus in Endometriosis Surgery
• Pelvic Rehabilitation Medicine (PRM) is a National Women’s Healthcare Organization dedicated to taking care of pelvic pain and Endometriosis
• PRM is a National Leader in Endometriosis Care
• Surgeon will be supported by a team including non-operative Pelvic Pain Specialists who offer an office based procedural approach to Endometriosis Pain, as well as Integrative Nutrition/Health Coaching focused on Endometriosis Care
