Job summary

Bobby Rahal Toyota in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Sales Apprentice / Technology Specialist. In this role you help clients understand the functions and technology of their new vehicle and capture a celebratory photo with them.

You'll assist the Sales team with showroom duties and photo inventory for the website, with evenings and Saturdays required. This position offers on‑the‑job training and opportunities to grow into other Sales roles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Interest in growing within the Sales department (Sales Consultant, F&I Consultant, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Explain vehicle technology and functions to clients.
• Take a photo with the client beside their vehicle and share it via email or text.
• Assist Sales with showroom tasks and photograph inventory for the website.
• Grow into other Sales roles within the department.

Schedule: Includes working some evenings and every Saturday; you will have a designated day off during the week and the dealership is closed on Sunday

Hourly Rate: $16.00

What You'll Do

In this position, your primary role is to make sure our clients understand all the functions and technology of their new vehicle. You take a photo of the client beside their vehicle to celebrate the happy occasion and send it to them via email or text. When you aren't assisting clients, you help the Sales department with various tasks like wiping down showroom cars or taking photos of inventory vehicles for our website. This position offers a great opportunity to grow into other roles within the Sales department.
