Qualifications

• Master’s degree in life sciences or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience monitoring outsourced toxicology or nonclinical safety studies in a sponsor-facing study monitoring role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with CROs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying digital tools or AI-enabled technologies to improve study planning and oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and operationalize protocols for nonclinical safety assessment studies across small and large molecule programs.
• Serve as primary monitoring contact for outsourced toxicology studies at CROs and partner organizations.
• Conduct on-site visits and remote oversight to assess study conduct, data quality, and protocol compliance.
• Prepare clear, concise study monitoring reports and stakeholder communications.
• Manage multiple concurrent studies, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
