Job summary

SoBro Tower in Hillsboro, OR, is hiring for an entry-level role in wireless tower work. You will participate in installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless systems, learn on the job, and have opportunities for advancement.

This hands-on position requires physical fitness, willingness to travel 4–5 days, a valid driver's license, OSHA 30 certification, and a demonstrated safe work record. You will mentor junior technicians and ensure site safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of tower experience including leadership or top-hand roles.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel 4–5 days at a time.
• Demonstrated technical skill and safety record.
