Job summary

Aero Constructors LLC is seeking a motivated Tower Technician to join our team. This full-time, field-based role travels within Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming and operates from home to job sites using company vehicles.

You will install, maintain, and upgrade towers, lighting systems, antennas, and RF transmission lines at outdoor sites, often at heights. Strong work ethic and safety mindset are essential. No regular office reporting required; per diem for overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills and strong organizational habits.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather.
• Physically and mentally able to climb and work at heights over 150'.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade communication towers, lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, and related equipment.
• Work at heights and outdoors in variable weather, ensuring safety standards are followed.
• Use company vehicles to travel from home to job sites and report findings and progress to supervisors.
