Job summary

ONE WAY WIRELESS CONSTRUCTION LLC in Shakopee, MN, seeks Tower Technicians to join our team. We provide paid training prior to field work and opportunities to advance in a safety‑driven environment.

You will climb towers from 50 to 700 feet to install, repair, or upgrade wireless equipment; rig antennas, radios, and fiber, and document work. Travel is required throughout the Midwest with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel throughout the Midwest.
• Able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience with basic hand tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Climb towers 50–700 feet to install, repair, or upgrade wireless equipment.
• Rig antennas, radios, fiber, and RF jumpers; follow site build plans and standards.
• Document work with photos and maintain clean, safe job sites.
• Communicate clearly with crew and mentor newer team members.
• Work Monday–Friday with regular travel throughout the Midwest.

Introduction:

One Way Wireless Construction is looking for Tower Technicians to add to its team. Whether you have experience or not, OWWC would love to talk with you. We provide paid training to all new hires prior to them being sent to the field. If you're comfortable at heights and able to travel throughout the week, this could be an excellent career opportunity.

What you'll be doing:

• Climbing towers ranging from 50 to 700 feet to install, repair, or upgrade wireless equipment.
• Rigging ropes, mounting antennas, radios, and running fiber and RF jumpers.
• Following site‑specific build plans and carrier standards.
• Documenting your work with photos and helping keep job sites clean and safe.
• Communicating clearly with your crew and supporting newer team members when needed.
• Working Monday‑Friday, with regular travel throughout the Midwest.

Who you are:

• You're reliable, respectful, and take safety seriously.
• You're willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• You're comfortable with heights and physically capable of the work.
• You don't mind travel and can be away from home during the week.
• You have experience with basic hand tools and a valid driver's license.
• You can pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
• Have a valid drivers license.
• Able to report to our Shakopee, MN office.

What you can count on:

• Hourly pay: $22-$35/hr, based on experience and qualifications.
• Overtime pay (1.5x) for any hours over 40/week - most of our crews average 50-60+ hours/week.
• $175 per diem/night (when traveling 60+ miles from our shop).
