Tower Climber and SCADA Technician (Carlsbad, NM)
The Tower Climber and SCADA Technician is responsible for safely erecting and installing gear. This position requires a safety-conscious, customer-facing, goal-driven professional to understand and install communications industries such as Oil & Gas and Utilities, for multiple locations and/or projects. Technicians repair, install or maintain mobile or stationary radio transmitting, broadcasting and receiving equipment, and two-way radio communications systems used in telecommunications, mobile broadband, and ground-to-tower communications. They may also test and analyze network coverage.
Permanent (90-Day Probationary Period)
Based near Carlsbad or willing to travel to Carlsbad/Loving, Artesia, or Hobbs for work.
Most travel is local to the service area, however there are some situations that require travel outside of the service area.
$27-$35/hour ($52k-$60k/year) depending on experience. Increases available with additional certifications.
