Job summary

Lynch Chicago is hiring a Tow Truck Repair Installer. You will receive hands-on training to install, modify, and upfit tow trucks, ensuring safety, functionality and aesthetics.

Prior experience in welding, electrical, carpentry is helpful, but instruction is provided for the right candidate. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities within a family-owned company.

• Experience with power tools, wiring and measuring is desired, but we will train the right people.
• Prior fabrication experience is a plus, but not required.
• Attention to detail and the ability to read and follow directions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install and customize components and accessories on tow trucks, including racks, shelving, lighting, decals, toolboxes and safety equipment.
• Wire in lights and other electrical accessories.
• Collaborate with other technicians to coordinate workflow and meet project deadlines.

Lynch Chicago has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tow Truck Repair Installer! In this role, you will be provided hands-on training to effectively perform installations, modifications, and upfits on a variety of tow trucks, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics. Prior experience in welding, electrical work, carpentry, and other hands-on projects is helpful, but we will train the right candidate!
