Integrity Towing Solutions is actively hiring a Tow Truck Driver - Day Agent in Raleigh, NC. Eligible candidates will receive paid on-the-job training and a competitive hourly wage with benefits as part of a supportive team environment.

The role requires responding to private property and law enforcement towing requests, maintaining a clean lot, organizing inventory, and transporting vehicles between locations. Nights and weekends are expected in this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to towing and relocation requests from private properties and law enforcement agencies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the office and impound lot at all times.
• Track impound lot inventory.
• Manage vehicle organization on the lot.
• Transport vehicles between lots as required to support operations.
• Stage vehicles to support auction events.
• Document vehicle condition by obtaining high-quality photographs.
• Interact professionally and courteously with vehicle owners, property managers, and law enforcement officials.
