Job summary

My Auto Store is seeking an experienced Tow Truck Driver to safely transport vehicles from customer locations, auctions, dealerships, and other designated locations to our Intake Yard and other destinations. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on flatbed towing and can work independently while coordinating multiple pickups and deliveries throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience towing and transporting automobiles using a flatbed tow truck.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple pickups/deliveries.
• Willingness to travel within a 30-mile radius of West Deptford, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed tow truck to safely transport vehicles from pickup locations to designated drop-off locations.
• Pick up vehicles from customer locations, auctions, dealerships, storage facilities, and other designated sites.
• Deliver vehicles to the Intake Yard, storage facilities, buyers, or other designated destinations.
• Coordinate daily pickup and delivery schedules with buyers, dispatch, and Intake management.
• Communicate professionally with customers, auction personnel, vendors, and internal staff to confirm pickup and delivery details.
• Properly load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles while preventing damage during transit.
• Inspect vehicles and towing equipment as appropriate before and during transportation.
• Maintain accurate communication regarding pickup and delivery status.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the tow truck.
• Report any vehicle, equipment, or transportation issues promptly. Follow all applicable traffic, safety, and company policies.

My Auto Store is seeking an experienced Tow Truck Driver to safely transport vehicles from customer locations, auctions, dealerships, and other designated locations to our Intake Yard and other designated destinations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands‑on experience towing and transporting vehicles using a flatbed tow truck and is comfortable working independently while managing multiple pickups and deliveries throughout the day. This position requires strong communication, time management, and customer service skills, as the driver will coordinate closely with buyers, dispatch, Intake management, customers, and internal teams to ensure vehicles are picked up and delivered safely and efficiently. This role will be based in West Deptford and pays $21 – 22/hr.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability and willingness to travel within an approximately 30-mile radius of West Deptford, NJ.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
