Vehicle Management Solutions LLC is seeking an Overnight Tow Operator (Heavy-Duty) to manage tow operations during night shifts. The role involves receiving tow instructions and transporting various vehicle types in a cost-efficient manner while complying with interstate commerce rules.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually
The Driver position requires the ability to safely work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Customer Service skills are valuable as well as the ability to operate in high hazard situations. The primary function of a Tow Operator (Heavy Duty Driver) is to receive tow instructions and perform duties relating to the transporting of various vehicle and equipment types for consent and non-consent tows. Our goal is to please our customers while operating in a cost-effective manner. All drivers are expected to maintain their ability to participate in interstate commerce. Each driver is to be familiar with and comply with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Pay: Training is $1000/week then 100% commission based.

Ability to recognize when assistance or additional tools are needed as determined by the type of assignment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Individuals may need to sit, stand, walk, kneel and bend as needed. May require sitting for prolonged periods. May require walking on unlevel surfaces periodically throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required throughout the work day. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting weight above 60 pounds on occasion. Utilizing safe practices at all times. (Estimated percentages for each type of activity; Standing 10%, Walking 10%, Sitting 50%, Bending 15%, Kneeling 15%).
WORK ENVIRONMENT Duties are performed primarily in various outdoor climates ranging from extreme hot to freezing temperatures, as well as wet and/or dry conditions. Full uniform including safety vest and steel toed boots are required to be worn at all times.
