Qualifications

• Extensive tow motor/forklift operating experience required.
• Safely handle materials in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Understand loading, unloading, staging and material handling.
• Able to obtain and maintain forklift/tow motor certification.
• Willing to learn shipping and logistics responsibilities.
• Able to operate a box truck or become qualified to do so.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
• Prepare shipments by assembling, packing, and labeling items.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Keep work area clean and organized for efficient workflow.
• Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Notify departments of outgoing shipments.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack.
