C&L Autobody is hiring Tow Drivers to join our dedicated team in New Jersey. We offer opportunities for both heavy-duty and light-duty towing with full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. A Class A CDL is required for heavy-duty work, but we provide training for entrants.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty Class A and light-duty Class D tow trucks to safely transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls, providing timely and efficient towing services to our valued customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers, offering reassurance and clarity during potentially stressful situations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies, ensuring the safety of yourself, your team, and the public.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate towing operations and improve service delivery.
• Document and report any incidents or issues encountered during towing operations to the management team promptly and accurately.
