USBC is seeking a Tournament Traveler – Lane Technician Associate to help prepare and condition lanes for championship events. This on-site role requires owning a flexible schedule to cover mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays at Las Vegas, NV or Mooresville, NC venues.

Responsibilities include maintaining the competition area, equipment upkeep, and assisting with on-site operations while upholding confidentiality and excellent guest service standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or continuing education.
• Ability to pass USBC Registered Volunteer Program background screening and adhere to the Code of Conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the competition area – sweeping, dusting, or mopping of approaches, settees, hoods, or gutters.
• Equipment upkeep – lane machine (cleaning, filling, and charging) and water cooler (filling & cup supply).
• Customer Service calls – address issues, cleanups, and retrieving items off the lanes.
• Regularly participate in scheduled meetings and huddles, keeping tournament leaders informed of department activities or service challenges.
• Other duties as assigned.
