Job summary

Bear Creek Golf Club in Dallas, Texas is seeking a friendly Tournament & Banquet Server to support golf tournaments, banquets and private events. You will welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide attentive service throughout each event, while helping with setup and breakdown and assisting bartenders as needed.

The role requires reliability and teamwork, with a willingness to learn and work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service, banquet, restaurant, or barback experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn; ability to stay organized during busy events.
• Dependability and teamwork are important for event support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with seating and provide attentive service throughout each event.
• Set up tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffets and service stations as required.
• Serve food and beverages, replenish buffets and beverage stations, keep guest areas clean and stocked.
• Assist bartenders with stocking beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies; clear used glassware and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen and event team to keep service organized and on schedule.
• Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and return of equipment to storage areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service procedures.

Bear Creek Golf Club is looking for friendly, dependable team members to support golf tournaments, banquets, and private events.
