Job summary

DanceOne is seeking CDL and Non-CDL Drivers/Technicians to travel nationwide from January to August, supporting world‑class dance productions. The role involves driving, equipment transport, and hands-on live production setup and teardown.

No prior production experience is required; training will be provided. Expect weekly pay, per diem, lodging/travel coverage, and comprehensive benefits while touring across the country.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Residence within 60 miles of Dayton, OH.
• Valid Driver's License (CDL or Non-CDL) with DOT Medical Card.
• Experience driving large vehicles preferred; willing to train.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Weekend availability (Fri-Sun event cycles).
• Pass a background check and maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL or Non-CDL trucks and vans transporting equipment to events.
• Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues.
• Plan routes efficiently for timely and compliant travel.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and DOT Medical Card.
• Comply with FMCSA/DOT and company safety regulations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production staff in show environments.
• Assist with on-site setup and teardown, driving company trucks for equipment transport.
