The Total Rewards Specialist works with Benefits and Compensation functions on day-to-day work, processes, audits, and associate inquiries. Benefits work includes all health, welfare, leave, and retirement plans as well as any other company-sponsored benefit programs and Compensation work includes job evaluations, annual performance cycle (merit/bonus/equity), the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and other compensation projects.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly benefits and compensation related processes
• Support benefit and compensation audit work
• Assist with associate benefit questions and solutions
• Vendor management support
• Wellness program support
• Benefit and Compensation Communications support, including assistance with delivery of key benefits messages as well as ensuring timely delivery
• Work with various HR/Benefits databases and systems to obtain data/reports, etc. as needed.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or finance, although experience in lieu of education would be considered.
• Teachable, you will learn a lot quickly - need to be flexible and adaptable.
• Ability to maintain a high sense of integrity, urgency, and confidentiality.
• Excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
• Being able to present information clearly and in a manner that is understandable to managers and employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft programs.
