We are Camunda - where your work will have real impact! Picture yourself at a company where your work isn’t just another task on a list, but a key driver of transformation for hundreds of organizations. Your work will directly shape how hundreds of enterprises like Atlassian, NASA, and Goldman Sachs – orchestrate their most critical processes to drive digital transformation.

In 2024, we crossed the $100 million mark in ARR – an incredible milestone in our growth story. We’ve been named in GP Bullhound’s 2024 Top 100 Next Unicorn list, we’ve earned Flexa’s stamp as a truly flexible workplace, and we proudly hold Great Place to Work certification in both the USA and UK. As a fully remote, global company, we’re rewriting the rules of how modern businesses operate.

And we’re just getting started! We are growing fast and on a mission to find the very best talent in the world. If you’re ready to bring your bold ideas to a fast-paced, dynamic team, keep reading – this role could be the one you’ve been waiting for.

Join our growing Total Rewards team at Camunda as we build a function that delivers impact across the entire employee lifecycle. As a Total Rewards Analyst, you'll be a key player in our small but mighty team, working directly with the Manager, Total Rewards to shape programs that enhance the employee experience from hire to retire. This role offers an exceptional growth opportunity for a Total Rewards professional who wants to develop breadth across compensation, benefits, and recognition while having real influence on program design. You'll enjoy the perfect balance of analytical work and human connection – from diving into market data and building models one day to partnering with managers and creating employee communications the next. If you're passionate about creating meaningful reward experiences and want to help build something special in a company where Total Rewards is truly valued, this is your opportunity to make your mark.

What you'll be doing:

Daily Program Management
  • Manage day-to-day Total Rewards operations responding to employee queries, administering benefits across all entities and our EOR provider, and ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Serve as the first contact for Total Rewards questions, providing thoughtful guidance that balances individual needs with company objectives
  • Maintain and evolve our job architecture, partnering with People Business Partners and managers to evaluate and create new roles that align with our organizational structure
  • Process compensation adjustments, promotions, and other employment changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with policies
  • Administer our VSOP (Virtual Share Option Program) including managing new hire and promotion grant allocations, supporting participants with questions, and maintaining accurate records
Market Intelligence & Analysis
  • Dive into market data to ensure our pay practices stay competitive, turning complex survey information into clear recommendations for job grades and titles
  • Create insightful compensation analyses (think compa-ratios, equity studies, budget modeling) that tell compelling stories about our programs' effectiveness
Program Design & Enhancement
  • Lead creative wellbeing and recognition initiatives with the People Experience team, developing programs that truly enhance the everyday experience of our Camundi
  • Partner with our benefits providers to optimize offerings across regions, keeping an eye on both employee experience and cost management
Stakeholder Enablement & Engagement
  • Develop straightforward, engaging materials that help everyone understand our Total Rewards philosophy and programs
  • Support the annual compensation review with a balance of analytical rigor and human understanding, making a complex process feel manageable for all involved
Strategic Development
  • Identify where we can work smarter through improved processes and automation, helping our team scale effectively as Camunda grows
  • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across all our global entities, staying ahead of changes that affect our programs

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of comprehensive Total Rewards experience spanning compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, with demonstrated ability to navigate their interconnections
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with Excel proficiency and experience interpreting compensation survey data (Radford, Mercer, etc.) to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience working in high-growth or startup environments, with understanding of the unique Total Rewards challenges and opportunities these settings present
  • Exposure to global markets and international Total Rewards practices, with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences
  • Strong communication skills that enable effective partnership with diverse stakeholders, translating complex Total Rewards concepts into meaningful guidance
  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

Nice-to-haves:

  • 4+ years of specialized Total Rewards experience, particularly in technology or SaaS organizations that are remote-first
  • Experience designing and implementing recognition programs that foster engagement and reflect company values
  • Background in equity compensation administration and communication, particularly with virtual share option programs
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing Total Rewards processes through automation and systems integration
  • Experience supporting global mobility and international assignment compensation
