Seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in total joints to join a well-established practice in the Midwest. You will provide high-quality orthopedic care with a focus on total joint procedures and manage a busy practice with a robust referral network.

The role offers full autonomy over clinical practice, schedule, and staff, with a partnership track including ASC ownership and optional paid trauma call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training or experience in total joints.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality orthopedic care with a focus on total joint procedures.
• Managing a busy practice with a robust referral network.
• Utilizing onsite facilities such as surgery centers, hospitals, rehab, imaging, lab, and pharmacy services.
• Maintaining full autonomy over clinical practice, schedule, and staff.
• Participating in a partnership track with ASC ownership, with no buy-in or downside risk.
• Optional paid trauma call responsibilities.
