Job summary

Vail-Summit Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery in Frisco, CO is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Orthopaedic Total Joints Surgeon to join a physician-owned team. A guaranteed salary of $350k–$450k with potential partnership in 1–2 years awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Medicine (M.D. or D.O.) required.
• Fellowship trained in Total Hip and Knee joint replacement.
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Experience with Total Joints surgery preferred, new graduates considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and assess mobility and strength.
• Order and interpret tests and imaging; analyze results.
• Maintain medical records and case histories.
• Diagnose conditions and provide treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Care for patients in clinic or hospital and reassess progress.
• Oversee pain management strategies and monitor outcomes.
• Document findings and treatment plans clearly.
• Participate in on-call orthopaedic trauma and rotating walk-in clinics.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and HIPAA regulations.
• Support safety practices and other duties as assigned.

Education

Doctorate in Medicine (M.D. or D.O.)

Fellowship trained in Total Hip and Knee joint replacement

Board certified or board eligible for Orthopaedic Surgery

Experience working as an orthopaedic Total Joints surgeon preferred
