Job summary

Suron is seeking a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join a physician-led private practice serving Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. The role centers on hip and knee procedures with robotic surgery experience preferred; schedule is three days in the office and two days in the operating room, with flexibility.

Base salary ranges from $400,000 to $450,000 plus a performance-based bonus, with relocation assistance possibly available.

Qualifications

• Orthopedic surgeon specializing in total joint replacement.
• Strong experience or training in hip and knee procedures.
• Willingness to participate in the practice call rotation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Robotic surgery experience preferred.
• Patient-focused and collaborative approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to becoming a long-term member of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative orthopedic group with a 40+ year history.
• Three days in the office and two days in the operating room, with scheduling flexibility.
• Rotate between New Jersey and Pennsylvania locations and participate in a shared call rotation.
• Establish and grow a long-term practice with mentorship and an established patient population.
