Academic Engagement & Opportunities

• Resident Mentorship: Actively engage with and train residents across three established and one emerging orthopedic residency programs.
• Faculty Appointments: Academic appointments through Thomas Jefferson University are available and highly encouraged for qualified candidates.
• Fellowship Development: Full institutional support is available to develop a pediatric orthopedic fellowship program when appropriate.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency and a specialized Fellowship in Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction Surgery.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Exceptional clinical capabilities, a strong commitment to teamwork, and superior interpersonal communication skills.
