Build a busy total joint practice with Delaware's premier physician-owned orthopedic group. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume, strong practice support, and the ability to make a significant impact in a growing community with access to Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C.

The Practice

• Join a large private orthopedic practice of 12 surgeons, including one established Total Joint surgeon
• Serve a catchment area of 750,000+ residents with strong demand for orthopedic services
• Two-year partnership track with the opportunity to buy into the ambulatory surgery center just six months after your start date

• Minimal call requirement of only five days per month with additional call stipend
