CommonSpirit Memorial Hospital in the TN/GA market seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to join our newly established orthopedic practice. You will diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on total joint replacement, working within a physician-led, technology-enabled network.

The role includes a 1-in-7 call schedule, competitive base salary plus production incentives and a commencement bonus, plus comprehensive benefits, relocation

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Unrestricted medical licenses in Tennessee and Georgia.
• AHA BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform advanced surgical procedures focusing on shoulder and total joint cases.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions with emphasis on total joint replacement and reconstruction.
• Ensure patient-centered care with clear explanations and emphasis on safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and rehabilitation specialists for integrated care pathways.
• Maintain documentation and participate in call rotations and continuous medical education.
