• 3 other surgeons in the group split between Petaluma and Santa Rosa
• Position will primarily be based at Petaluma Valley Hospital with sometime at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in the future so provider must beflexible to work out of both sites

• Mix of clinic, OR and hospital consults
• Flexible weekly OR days
• Hospital call is 7 days per month
• This is a long-term growth opportunity within an expanding service line
• Seeking a motivated, collaborative and collegial provider
• Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
• Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust studentloan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates
• Compensation is between $585,810 and $933,806 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowanceand other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that thissalary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject tovariation due to the factors noted above.
