Job summary

The Orthopaedic Institute is seeking an Orthopaedic Total Joint/Adult Reconstructive Surgeon to join our practice across multiple Florida locations, including The Villages. We offer a legacy practice with 40+ years of service, extensive subspecialties, and a robust infrastructure that enables surgeons to operate at the top of their license.

Qualified candidates should be board certified or eligible in Orthopedic Surgery, with a strong preference for fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction,

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction, Total Joints, or Hip and Knee preferred.
• Clear and active license in the respective state (or willingness to obtain license).

Responsibilities

• Join Orthopaedic Total Joint/Adult Reconstructive surgery practice.
• Provide care across musculoskeletal continuum including reconstruction and related subspecialties.
• Participate in partnership and equity opportunities.
