Springfield Clinic is seeking an additional BE/BC fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon, Sports Medicine, to join a large, physician-owned multispecialty group in Illinois.

The practice location is Springfield with outreach to Jacksonville and surrounding communities. Offers a 2-year guaranteed base salary with a competitive benefits package, call coverage, and opportunities for academic affiliation.

Springfield Clinic is looking for an additional BE/BC fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon, Sports Medicine.

Practice Highlights:

• Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary ($600,000)
• Our Orthopedic team consists of 2 fellowship-trained Adult Reconstruction Surgeons, 2 Ortho Trauma Surgeons, 4 fellowship-trained Upper Extremity Surgeons, 2 fellowship-trained Sports Medicine Surgeons, 2 fellowship-trained Spine Surgeons, 2 fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon, 6 Non-Surgical Sports Medicine Physicians, and 15 Advanced Practice Providers
• Practice Location: Springfield, Illinois with outreach in Jacksonville, Illinois and/or other surrounding communities
• Flexible work week with clinic and surgery days at two (2) Level 1 Trauma hospitals and Springfield Clinic’s physician-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Call coverage with quality of life focus
• Shared call supported by the Orthopedic Trauma Services
• Partnership with APPs and SIU School of Medicine residents
• Opportunity for academic affiliation and research with Southern Illinois University School of Medicine
