Massage Envy Norwalk is hiring to combine bodywork with client care at 607 Main Avenue. If you are a Certified Personal Trainer or Licensed Massage Therapist, bring your skills to our team to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and performance.

We offer a $250–$500 sign-on bonus, base pay of $22–$25 per hour plus tips, and incentives such as discretionary 401(k), vacation and sick pay, and employee discounts.

• Suggest follow-up visits and additional services to meet wellness goals.

Qualified Candidates:

• Are Certified Personal Trainers OR Licensed Massage Therapists OR Exercise Science Degree
• If LMT certified: have at least 500 hours of massage therapy school, a certificate of completion, or satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in Connecticut
• If CPTs certified: have one year of experience in personal training, therapeutic body work or related field AND a current personal training certification from an accredited program OR a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or similar field
• Have a passion for helping others feel their best
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork mastery

Day-to-Day:

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility and performance
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
