Job summary

Wipro Technologies seeks a Techno Functional Consultant L1 (Contract) in Louisville, KY to bridge client functional and technical requirements, outline technical specifications, perform basic configuration, and troubleshoot initial system issues.

Role focuses on Tosca Automation engineering, leading end-to-end test programs, designing scalable frameworks, integrating Tosca with CI/CD, mentoring automation engineers, and supporting release readiness and metrics reporting.

Qualifications

• Tosca Testsuite experience required.
• 5–8 years of automation experience.
• Experience leading automation projects.
• Ability to work with QA and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end test automation programs using Tosca.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Functional, Regression, Integration, API, and End-to-End testing.
• Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.
• Integrate Tosca automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Review and optimize automated test scripts for maintainability and performance.
• Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Mentor automation engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Support release readiness assessments and test metrics reporting.
• Participate in solutioning, estimation, and pre-sales discussions when required.
