Job summary

Chuy's in Humble, Texas is seeking a Tortilla & Prep Cook to craft tortillas from scratch and assist with prep for our Tex-Mex dishes. You will contribute to a lively, high-energy kitchen and help ensure quality ingredients are ready for service.

In this role you will work with fresh ingredients, maintain consistency, and support the team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent opportunity for hands-on cooks who value speed, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Craft fresh tortillas from scratch and prep ingredients to support Tex-MMex dishes.
• Roll, chop, slice, mix, and prepare kitchen items to keep the line moving in a fast-paced environment.
