Job summary

Chuy’s Restaurants is seeking a Tortilla & Prep Cook to craft fresh tortillas from scratch and support the kitchen with dynamic prep work. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, rolling tortillas, chopping ingredients, and keeping the line stocked for a legendary Tex-Mex experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Ability to craft tortillas from scratch and prep ingredients.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tortillas from scratch and assist with daily prep tasks.
• Roll, chop, slice, mix, and prep ingredients for menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and kitchen area.
