Job summary
Flynn's Tire Group in Hermitage, PA is seeking Experienced Automotive Technicians and a Master Automotive Technician. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and tire-related service while upholding industry standards and safety.
Earn up to $100,000/year with base pay plus commission and potential bonuses. We offer a 4-day workweek (full-time), pay for ASE certifications, and a robust benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and AD&D, plus paid time off.
Qualifications
- ASE certifications supported by employer
- Diagnostics and maintenance expertise required
- Experience with tire-related service and wheel alignment is a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR/background check required
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive diagnostics, maintenance and service
- Carry out tire-related service and wheel alignments
- Conduct state inspections and emissions testing (PA)
- Handle steering, suspension, belts, hoses, electrical diagnostics and repairs
- Execute preventative maintenance and brake diagnostics/repair
- Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards
