Nordstrom Inc. is seeking an Assistant to the Top Seller to support the selling process and help maintain a well-organized department. You will assist the salesperson, prepare fitting rooms, and contribute to team goals while fostering positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.

Physical Requirements: Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay Range Details

Pay ranges may be different for other locations.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$19.00 - $29.75 Hourly
