Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a seasoned Mainframe Security & Application Support Engineer in Chicago, IL (Remote). The role focuses on CA Top Secret (TSS) security administration and supporting Natural/COBOL applications in a production ticket-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has strong IBM z/OS experience, IAM knowledge, and hands-on TSS expertise. You will handle access provisioning, batch scheduling with CA7, and collaboration across security, infrastructure, and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support CA Top Secret (TSS) security across enterprise mainframe environments.
• Process user access requests, including account creation, modification, and removal.
• Troubleshoot access, authentication, and authorization issues.
• Support Natural and COBOL applications, including incident resolution and production support.
• Manage incident, request, and service task queues while meeting SLAs.
• Support IBM z/OS mainframe operations, including production issues and batch processing.
• Assist with audit requests, access reviews, and compliance activities.
• Ensure application access complies with security policies and CA Top Secret controls.
• Support key rotation activities performed twice annually.
• Manage mainframe certificate renewals.
• Monitor and support batch processing and job scheduling using CA7.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve production issues.

Job Summary

• Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise security governance and regulatory compliance.
