Job summary

North Point Technology is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support a premier Intelligence Community program in Herndon, VA. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph.

You will design, develop, integrate, and maintain mission-critical software across the full software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum setting. The ideal candidate will have strong full stack skills (Django, Python, JavaScript) and experience with modern web technologies,

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required with ability to obtain Polygraph.
• Experience designing, developing, integrating, maintaining mission-critical software applications.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tasks prioritized by the product owner and deliver enhancements within systems and applications.
• Break down tasks into manageable units with level-of-effort estimations.
• Collaborate with engineers to create and document technical designs.
• Build software solutions in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating Scrum events and ensuring Agile processes.
